How to make a payment on the payment service E-PAY (www.e-pay.by)?

Information on the typical errors that occur when paying

  1. W094 error. It means that the issuing bank has blocked your card for payments on the Internet. You should contact the issuing bank (the bank that issued the card).
  2. Error W155, W160, W223, W345. These errors indicate that on the part of the issuing bank there are limitations on the commission payments on the Internet by card. You should contact the issuing bank (the bank that issued the card).
  3. W058 error. Means making a payment on the Internet is prohibited for the owner. When an error occurs we recommend you to contact the card-issuing bank (the bank that issued the card) and to clarify information about the possibility of making payments by card on the Internet.
  4. W055 error. The error can mean that the card has expired or you incorrectly enter the card expiry date. If the card has expired, you should contact the issuing bank (the bank that issued the card).
  5. W052 error. It indicates that is not enough money on the bank card for conducting payment.
  6. W006 error. When an error occurs we recommend you to contact the card-issuing bank (the bank that issued the card) and to clarify information about the possibility of making payments by card on the Internet.
